My approach is calm, practical, and tailored to the season you’re in, whether that means overnight care, daytime support, newborn guidance, or simply having someone steady beside you while you’re finding your footing.
Care is centered around both parent and baby, with support that includes newborn care, feeding guidance, rest and recovery, household rhythm, sleep foundations, and emotional reassurance.
This goal is not to create more rules pr pressure. It is to help your family feel more supported, informed, and confident as you settle into life together.

The Full Circle

Near-nightly overnight postpartum doula care and newborn care specialist support for families who want comprehensive overnight newborn care, greater continuity, and consistent support throughput the fourth trimester.
overnight care is available in 8-hour, 9-hour, or 10-hour shifts. Package pricing reflects the standard 8-hour shift, with extended care available based on your family’s schedule and needs. An 8-hour minimum applies.
Extended newborn care specialist support for families seeking consistent care across longer shifts, consecutive days, or rotating schedules. ROTA care is customized around your family’s needs and may include daytime, overnight, travel, and extended newborn care.

ROTA Newborn Care
Fully Awake Overnight Newborn Care
Continuous overnight newborn care and postpartum doula support for families who prefer their provider to remain fully awake throughout the entire shift. Fully awake care must be requested and confirmed in advance.
Singleton $100/hour • Multiples $120/hour

Sibling Doula Support
Dedicated care for your older child during labor and birth.
Includes:
Two pre-birth visits
On-call availability beginning 2 weeks before your estimated due date through delivery
Up to 24 hours of continuous sibling care
Meals, play, naps, bedtime
+ familiar routinesCare at home, hospital, birth center, or another agreed-upon setting
Gentle sibling transition support once your baby arrives

Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care While Traveling
I provide travel doula support, postpartum doula care, and newborn care specialist support for families traveling throughout the U.S. and internationally. Care is tailored to your destination, itinerary, and level of support your family needs while away from home.
Starting at $900/day
Available for domestic and international travel. Airfare, transportation, private accommodations, and travel-related expenses are arranged in advance and covered by the client. Protected rest periods are also required.

Through nurch•her, I provide overnight postpartum doula care, daytime postpartum support, newborn care specialist services, ROTA newborn care, sibling doula support, and travel doula care. In-person services are available throughout North County San Diego and select areas of San Diego County. Virtual postpartum support is available nationwide, with pediatric sleep consulting and newborn sleep specialist support launching January 2027. Travel doula care is available throughout the U.S. and internationally.
